From the minute I walked into this gorgeous showroom, I felt inspired and welcome. I was greeted by several designers. All made me feel welcome and comfortable. I explained my small project to Ariana, one of the designers, she not only took an absolute interest in the project, she also gave me ideas, and made mock ups, and provided different options. I left feeling like I had a team behind me ready and happy to assist. Can’t say enough about this place!

We worked with Jessica and Christeen to select the fixtures we wanted for our bathroom remodel. But all of the staff we encountered was very professional and friendly. The displays are well laid out and the staff extremely knowledgeable. They helped us to develop our design, devoting a lot of time to us without having an appointment. We’d feel comfortable recommending them to others and encourage you to explore there. The pricing was spot on as well, not marked up like other supply houses we visited.

My wife and I visited the Kitchen & Bath Gallery in mid-August. The showroom was expansive and there were many examples of all types of fixtures, but the highlight of our visit was Jennifer. Her knowledge of the inventory / options available and her suggestions were extremely helpful and the mock-ups she created were great due to the time and effort she spent on them. We had an appointment from 4:30-5pm and she stayed with us until 6pm (an hour after close!) to get all of our fixtures selected and documented in her system. The next day, she sent us an incredibly thorough and professional spec-book with pictures, estimates and all possible details. The selection at the Gallery was fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process. They really took the time to listen to what our thoughts were and then showed us multiple options that meet what we wanted. We are currently in the process of a full Master bathroom and Master bedroom floor remodel in our home, but even before the project has come to a completion we just have to share how incredibly happy we are to be working with a design consultant in the Kitchen & Bath Gallery in Warwick, Rhode Island! We are undertaking this project without a General Contractor, so we are moving through the remodel on our own which is a massive undertaking. The design process though, has been seamless as we have had phenomenal and timely support! Within two visits to the showroom, we were able to select our vanity, full shower pieces (many valves, shower heads, and details!), toilet, sinks and faucets, and all accessories including beautiful towel bars to match our design look. We cannot wait to see our project come to life.
