Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

While appointments aren’t required and we encourage people to browse, we highly recommend booking one for design consultations, to ensure a dedicated team member is available to assist you.

What should I bring with me to my showroom visit?

Any existing plans, photos of your current bathroom, inspiration images, measurements (even rough ones), and an idea of your budget are all helpful. Completing our bathroom (link) or kitchen (link) questionnaire and bringing that to your appointment is also helpful.

Do you offer design services?

Yes, we offer bathroom and kitchen design services for a fee. Our designers can help you plan your layout, choose products, and create a cohesive look.

What is your typical lead time for ordering and delivery?

Lead times vary depending on the products selected. We have a large local inventory but there are also many special-order and made-to-order items available. We will provide an estimated lead time for your specific selections.

Do you offer installation services?

We do not offer installation services. If you have not hired a contractor already, we are happy to provide a list of trade professionals our clients have used in the past however, they are not affiliated with SNE. Interviewing and hiring the contractor is the responsibility of the homeowner.

What types of bathroom products do you showcase in your showroom?

We feature a wide range of products from top brands in various vignettes designed to inspire and highlight different ways to approach the bathroom space. Our displayed products include faucets, accessories, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, showering, vanities, countertops, cabinet hardware, custom cabinetry, steam, tile, kitchen & bath lighting, mirrors, medicine cabinets, and more.

Can I take samples of tiles or finishes home with me?

Yes, we encourage customers to take samples home to see them in their own lighting and alongside their existing decor. A small, refundable deposit is required for large samples.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash and wire transfers. Credit accounts are available to trade professionals. Please see your showroom associate for more information.

Can I get a detailed quote for my project?

Yes, after a consultation and product selection, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote. After purchase, a specbook can be provided upon request.

After-sales & warranty Image

What warranties do your products come with?

All our products come with manufacturer warranties. We can provide specific warranty details for each product. Supply New England is not responsible for any labor or material costs related to handling, installing, repairing, or uninstalling defective products.

What is your return policy?

Customers may return any merchandise which Supply New England stocks and which is not a special-order item as with the condition that:

  1. The item is in new, unused condition in its undamaged, unmarked, original packaging containing all original parts suitable for resale: and
  2. The item has not been used, installed, modified, refurbished, marked, altered, or damaged in any way.
  3. The item was purchased from Supply New England Less than or Equal to 30 Calendar days prior to the return.

All stock returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original sale price unless otherwise agreed upon by Supply New England. Special ordered/non-stocked items may only be returned if the manufacturer is willing to accept the item back. Restocking fees and cancellation fees charged by the manufacturer will be paid by the customer/patron returning the material. If a manufacturer agrees to take back an item, it is standard for the item to be inspected upon receipt by the manufacturer before monies are finalized. After SNE receives confirmation, the return will be fully processed and monies returned to the customer.

All returns must be made to a Supply New England Branch or Warehouse location. It is preferred that items are returned to the same location where they were purchased. However, Supply New England is aware that in some cases it is more convenient to return items to a different location.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at Supply New England’s Kohler Store locations. Please contact one of our Sales Associates to arrange the return.

Supply New England is happy to assist with defective products or missing parts. Please refer to SNE’s Return Policy page for more important details.

Supply New England is not responsible for any labor or material costs related to handling, installing, repairing, or uninstalling purchased or defective products.

What if an item arrives damaged or is faulty?

Customers are responsible for inspecting all of their goods upon receipt, even if they will not be used/installed right away. Manufacturers will not accept return or issue credit if an item has been on a jobsite for an extended period of time. This is typically because it cannot be proven that the item was not damaged during that time. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or faulty item. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Do you offer after-sales support?

Yes, we are committed to providing excellent after-sales support. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns after your purchase.

Do you offer a delivery service, or do I need to arrange collection?

We offer a delivery service with varying fees depending on the location and the size of the delivery. Deliveries outside our typical service area will incur additional charges. Please see your sales associate for a delivery quote based on your project. Clients may also pick up their product from Supply New England warehouses.
