In purchasing an in-home kitchen design service you will receive a total of three on-site visits with your kitchen designer. These visits consist of the initial measure, an in-progress visit and a final post installation punch list visit. Even though you will be hiring your own contractor, our team offers to be in contact with your contractor during the planning & installation and address any issues that may arise.
The typical project meeting sequence is:
Initial information gathering and preliminary selection meeting.
You’ll be greeted by knowledgeable staff who can guide you through the various products and design options available. We will ask you about your goals, preferences, budget, and any specific requirements for your design project.
Presentation and initial quote meeting.
Using advanced tools, the designers can create 3D renderings or virtual visualizations of your design. This helps you better understand how the final result may look. We will provide you with a detailed quotation for the project, including the cost of materials and any additional services.
Revision and follow-up meeting.
Taking feedback from your initial presentation, your designer will make the required changes to your design and quotation and present this solution to confirm the design and product selection are to your liking.
Final contract signing and ordering meeting.
Once you agree to the quotation, and sign your kitchen contract, the store will place orders for the selected products and coordinate delivery. You will need to hire a contractor to perform the installation.
